Yaiya Sacasios, born Yaiya Sandra Carola Siekas April 15, 1990 in Boden, Sweden is an entertainment artist, songwriter and actor, living in Stockholm. Yaiya started performing at the age of 6 and won different talent shows, participated in Idol (Sweden) 2006 and 2008.[1][2] Yaiya won the final in Stockholm of Swedish Radio's Talent Show 2008 with "Sapphire Sky".[3][4][5]
Year 2007 the biggest Hip&Hop/R&B radio station in France released their album 'Générations 88.2', a 15 CD's collection described as the best hits 1997-2007, featuring Yaiya's song I'ma Do It (Anyway ft. NewKid). The album also featured artists like Ciara, Timbaland, Brian McKnight, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, D'Angelo, Nas and Swedish rapper Promoe

Yaiya guest starred in Kanal 5's hidden camera show Svärföräldrarna från helvetet as the ex-girlfriend Sandy.[6] Yaiya is the face[7] and producer[8] [9] of the online talent show iDream [10][11] and hosted Season 1,[12] [13] November 2010 - April 2011.[14] She is also a new face [15] of the Carlsberg Group soft drink Festis.[16]
She has been the headliner of the CabarEng[17] ensemble's cabaret shows directed by Lars Jacob in Stockholm since December 2009. With that ensemble, Sacasios was on a U.S. tour in September and October 2011 and did A Tribute Westward (on the 100th anniversary of Mae West's Broadway debut) at Don't Tell Mama. The tour also included Cabaret Large A-Cup in Manhattan at the Metropolitan Room,[18] and in Washington DC at Madam's Organ, plus performances at venues in Annapolis and Boston.[19]
